Your Mission
We are replacing outdated analogue infrastructures with smart and digital tools for optimal control of energy consumption and generation. For the benefit of our customers, we are integrating millions of small consumption points into the energy market with smart meters. Get on board to get the job done!
Your Key Responsibilities
As an intern in Operations, you will work directly with our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and take on strategic responsibilities such as:
- Planning and optimizing material and logistics processes
- Negotiating with stakeholders from component suppliers to installation partners
- Designing and implementing data models and automations in Hubspot
- Optimizing working capital and analyzing unit economics
- Developing and monitoring KPIs relevant to operations, finance, and management
- Creating and revising installation forecasts
- Contributing to the go-to-market strategy and executing pilot projects with business partners
Your Profile
- Experience in consulting, investment banking or a high-growth or early-stage startup is desirable
- Advanced bachelor's degree or master's degree: business administration, economics, industrial engineering, energy economics or a related field
- Initial experience with Hubspot or common ERP systems is a plus
- Interest in the energy industry and enjoy working in a start-up environment
- Language experience: German fluent (C1) and English as an advantage
