You take ownership of our B2C app — the core product customers use to understand, control and optimize their energy.Your mission is to build a technically clean, stable and scalable app that customers trust every day — and that keeps pace with rapid growth, new tariffs and features.
You make sure features are not just built, but cleanly released, reliably operated and measurably impactful.
You’ll work closely with Angelica (Principal Product Designer), Henrik (Frontend) and Moritz (CPO).
End-to-end ownership of the B2C app - including roadmap execution, priorities and measurable outcomes
Driving features from problem discovery through specification and architecture to release and scalable operation
Close collaboration with frontend, backend and data teams on APIs, data models, system behavior and critical edge cases
Design and ownership of disciplined release and QA processes, including beta programs, rollout strategies, monitoring and incident handling
Continuous reduction of release risk, improvement of system stability and establishment of predictable, reliable deployments
Proven track record of building and scaling B2C apps in production environments
Strong technical foundation, ideally as an engineer-turned-PM or a highly technical product manager with deep system understanding
High fluency in APIs, data models, performance engineering and complex distributed systems
Hands-on experience owning full release cycles, including QA strategy, beta programs, rollout planning, monitoring and rollback procedures
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to make or request fast, high-quality decisions
Outcome-driven product thinking with a clear focus on retention, conversion, monetization and long-term user trust rather than feature output
High level of comfort operating in complex, regulated and data-heavy product environments
